It was ok except the ridiculous registration process

Big room

Floor was not very clean. Bathroom had a bit of smell due to wet mops having no air to dry properly. Shower curtain was too short and if you touch by mistake while showering, it floods the bathroom floor very badly. It could be avoided if it’s a bit longer.

The room was quite big.

The process of automatic registration and the queie to this registration where annoying and took ca. 45 minutes. It was very cold in the room, especially before morning (ca. 4-6 am.). The hotel is very far from any metro station.

The hotel is nice but very far from the city.

The room was nice and big.

It is very far from every spot if you use public transportation. Also, it is not well-connected (no metro station nearby, only a bus station and a tram station 10mins walk).

Good for small trip. A bit far from the city center but you can find near the property good public transport connection.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice.

The room was not really clean and the bathroom has no windows.

We enjoyed Barcelona

Room was clean and there was several bus stops nearby to utilize public transport. We utilized the room only for sleeping and soent our days in Barcelona center.

Other guests were really noicy: yelling and slamming doors until 01:30 am. Impossible to sleep.

Good

Good amount of space, comfortable bed, staff accommodated my extra request for an ironing board on arrival well, tram was easy to access for travel into the city, check in using the machine was straightforward.

The sofa was quite old and losing its structure so not so comfortable to sit on. No accessible plug sockets within the bedroom area. Sound carried between walls and windows, so it was quite noisy some nights from neighbours, doors slamming, fireworks, etc.

I liked the procedure of check in with the machine, I forgot a bag after leaving before the prescribed time, but once I called the administration, I was guided remotely to retrieve my bag.

The hotel is a little far from the center, which increases the loads and tiredness of transport especially with family.

Distanced but fair price accommodation near hospital

Considering the price of accommodation in Barcelona, this property has good value for money. Wide apartment, good beds and shower with bathtub, 2TVs. The self check in system is very good (as long as you get the right door code) which we didn’t.

I once read that someone arrived in the middle of the night and turned out they didn’t have towels. Since there’s no reception they only got them the next afternoon. I thought this couldn’t happen twice BUT IT DID. However, some issues made our stay much more stressful. 1. We received a detailed confirmation of our booking number few days before but when we arrived (13:30 pm) this number wouldn’t work to open the door. We were left on the street for about 15 min when a doorman came to help us. If you book here, make sure you get a four-digit code to open the door, and proceed with the self check in. 2. There were no towels in the room. We had to wait until the next afternoon to take a proper shower. 3. The flat has a ok-equipped kitchen, but not a minimum assortment of sponge, kitchen cloth, soap. You need to buy it, which I find unacceptable. 4. Connection to city center: watch out as it’s not as smooth as described, buses pass every 30min, and you always need 2, so if you miss one (sometimes they come at unexpected times, then your journey may substantially delay. We ended up taking taxis back and forth to the main area everyday (40-50euro). For a family it’s still ok

Really enjoyed our play as so close to a bus stop and had a grocery store a few blocks away!

Could not control the heat with the thermostat! Sent an email regarding issues in the apartment and never got a response! Ran into a staff member and he did deal with our issues but if I hadn’t I am not too sure if our issues would of been dealt with. Had a fire alarm go off at 12:00 am and never had an explanation why it went off! Hair dryer did not work so think the cleaning staff needs to be checking if it works on a regular basis if they are going to be advertising a hair dryer is provided! Kitchen needs to have more kitchen items - frying pan, potato peeler and toaster

The rooms/apartments are very big and all is very clean.

The check-out time is at 12:00. But the guests for the next day got into our room at 9:30 am (our keys got invalidated then). The check-in machine gave them the keys even when we were still in the room.

Very Good

Very fast check-in process. Big and comfortable rooms. Very clean. Near to public transport and also reachable with night busses in 7/24 h. Very safe neighborhood.

The location is a bit out of the city. Especially for the nights it takes almost 1 hour from city center. Be careful about the daily tickets are not valued for the night busses.

Can NOT recommend.

Good location in a safe neighborhood

The entry system wasn’t working properly when we got here and there was a line of people wanting to check in. Staff was available but not very friendly. Hardly any wall sockets for charging phones and none in the bedroom. Very poor air circulation and no A/C until the summertime even though it was hot the three days we were here. We opened the window but cigarette smoke floated in from the many smokers below. We were here for three days and suffered in the heat. Walls are thin and you can smell everything anyone is cooking.
